Dr. Clarke was very thorough and very friendly. He was genuinely concerned about my health and was familiar with my health issues. I was not treated like a number and I appreciated that.

Everything was fine until I got bills from each & every Doctor, Nurse, specially labs, ect ect, then I was being sent nasty debt collector notifications one after ther other! I'm a Disabled Vet and Retired Firefighter,

The support staff were kind and professional. My personal experience experience was as positive and I was able to observe them assist other’s with issues more complex than mine as I merely checked in. In one case a billing question. Informative, supportive, patient and pleasant. Dr. Kim was intelligent, informative and kind. I felt seen as a person and not just an “appointment”.
