Super nice and clean facility. Nurses were super nice. Dr. Kim is super nice and very informative with everything that need to be done. He knows how to make you understand instead of all the big words. Highly recommend him and his practice

Dr Kim was thorough and kind. The only reason four stars is that the wait time was very long I waited 25 minutes after my schedule visit time and more time in the treatment room.
I understand this happens but maybe if the nurse had told us that it was a 30 minute wait we could choose to reschedule or wait.

Staff were very kind when I arrived. Quickly updated my personal records. Waited less than 10 minutes. Nurse took vitals and showed me my room to go over medication list.
Within 5 minutes Dr. Clarke sat down to discuss my blood report. He instructed me to follow a procedure and listened as I discussed a problem I was having. I’m very happy with Dr. Clarke and his entire staff. Very professional and kind!

Came in for a follow up on my gi health then mentioned the latest on my husband who had his colonoscopy with Dr Kim. My husband was taken to the ER at TMC 3 days previous. Dr Kim had my husband worked right in that same day and ordered a specific lab and the start of his infusion. It did a world of good for my husband's mental and physical health. To me Dr Kim is the best.
