I think the process for telemed appts could have been explained when the appt was made. I've never had one before and didn't know what to expect or what to do. Missed my appt. We were able to contact the office thru the website (office closed) and the office called us right back. Other than that, Dr was excellent.

This was my first appointment with Dr Kim, and I was very impressed. He took time to actually listen to me which is rare with some doctors.
He was caring and empathetic, and he also seemed extremely knowledgeable about his field of expertise. I would definitely recommend him.
